I don't have that problem (Google Chrome and Internet Explorer, Windows
XP, Finland, 24M/2M connection). But you are right, there seems to be a
problem with that. There doesn't seem to be a solution only suggestions
(try to refresh the video page several times, try deleting your cookies,
try emptying your web browser's cache, try without WLAN if you have it),

"An error occurred, please try again later" is what I get
for 99% of the videos on YouTube all of a sudden.
There are thousands of queries all over the net about this.
And yet, the folks at YouTube are so cool, it doesn't even
appear on their list of known issues.
You'd think they'd put something up, even if only to say
