Some updates can be uninstalled, some can't
You can research the ones you think are affected and see
You might consider downloading and running the SBS BPA and see what it finds and fix any issues uncovered before uninstalling.
If a update from MS causes an issue with your system, the support call to MS is free

It's all moot, since it simply doesn't work, and Lansweeper support is
